1. Who is the retreats for?

Our retreats are designed for women of all fitness levels, especially beginners and those who want to restart their active lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your health, or simply take time for yourself in a stunning setting, this retreat is for you. Most of our participants are 35/40+, but we’ve also had women in their 50s and 60s join us—and thrive!

2. Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all! Our program is tailored for beginners and slightly advanced women. Every activity—whether it’s hiking, yoga, or fitness training—can be adjusted to your level. We focus on progress, not perfection, and support you every step of the way.

6. Will I have free time?

Absolutely! While we have a structured program, we also allow plenty of free time for relaxation, exploration, and self-care. You can unwind by the sea, enjoy the local culture, or simply rest and recharge.

8. What should I pack?

We’ll send you a full packing list before your trip, but essentials include:

7. Can I come alone?

Yes! Many of our participants come solo and leave with new friendships. Our retreats are all about connection, empowerment, and creating a supportive community of women.
